Now a permit or licnese is must required to teach the Holy Quran, online. Any digital teaching of Holy Quran needs a permit in UAE. UAE has stopped all freelancer individuals or group of people who were teaching digitally but without having a permit.

UAE government has put restriction on those techers who are teaching Holy Quran teachers as individuals or freelancers but withotu havin a permit. Now any self created website, or group of teachers on social media can’t teach Holy Quran without a permission. This way government tries to remove the risk of nonprofessional and unqualified teachers. Authroity also encourages the parents not to hire any teacher like this just to cut the cost. Government has also prohibited any sort of unlicnesed religious activities. No religious education or teachings are allowed if the source or teacher is not legally permitted in UAE. A minimum two month imprisonment with a fine of 50000 AED or both, can be the punishment by the General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments, and Zakat.

• There must be a good past record, behaviour, social conduct etc
• There mjust be no criminal record in any criminal case.

• The test required need to be passed.
• There must be a separate learning environment, with comfort.
• The equipments and resources required must be available.
