The law is for UAE industrial properties, therefore it covers the UAE industrial properties and it does not contradict with the international IP laws. • Federal Decree Law 36 of 2021 which is about trademarks. This law provides the protection to trademarks in UAE. It has aim to enhance the private and government operations by securing the innovative trademark methods. This law combats, those factors violate the trademark laws in UAW. It protects the trademarks from fraud, and regulates the trade licnese program.
