New digital platform for remote court hearings and inquiries

Dubai is always up to acquiring new technologies, modern skills and setting up new trends. Dubai’s one of current platforms is to build up a new centralized digital platform where all the court hearings and investigations could be managed online remotely. It has to be made sure that there will be no time wastage and a quick free justice for the residents of DUBAI. The new project will be implemented until 2026.

Like always, other Emirates also following DUBAI in introducing this new modern digital platform for court hearings, investigations, and inquiries. Processing time will be reduced through the new digital platforms. This new project will be finished in 2026.

This creative digital platform will be providing facility to have access to investigations and court hearings remotely. The physical presence will be made least as much as it could be. It will allow the residents to schedule the online appointments.

DUBAI Police, DUBAI Public Prosecutor can attend the sessions online with the applicants, claimants and defenders. Though there is an already online system existed in DUBAI Courts to attend the court sessions, expert meetings etc, but the latest digital system will combine courts, prosecution and police altogether.

The major features are to conduct online and remote hearings, interviews, communications, investigations, centralized storage, witnesses, translators and other supporting stuff inside the court and prosecution. Police will also be made the part of this better than before.
