MOHRE launches new video call service

MOHRE has launched a new video call service to increase the customer support and satisfaction. It is the part of process in which everything is being transformed in to a digital platform in United Arab Emirates. MOHRE or Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization takes another initiative and launches a new VIDEO CALL service for the people living in UAE, for their labour and employment matters. Now this video call service can be setup through a smart application. This new digital feature is available on Whatsapp through a call as well.

This new service reveals the ambitions of UAE, where government has plan to transform everything in UAE digitally. MOHRE, representing the Labour Ministry, as an important part of, labour law services, expands its operations by providing more ease to its customers. This new feature provides ease to customers where they can have better access to MOHRE for their labour matters. All the support is available now through the video calls. How to access

Customer can get the access to VIDEO CALLS, through the MOHRE application, under contact option. The same service is also available on whatsapp under the option of “domestic worker”. It creates the ease for the users. It’s a brilliant advancement until now where a user can have a better interaction.

This is a new service and support providing to all the users and customers in UAE, and this is not for a specific group or just for companies. How the users can use this new service? These are the guidelines below to use MOHRE VIDEO call service;

  • First the user has to download the MOHRE application, or user can also use the MOHRE application. There is a section of Labour Complaints over there, where “VIDEO CALL” option is available there and can be chosen. While having the call MOHRE will ask about some data/requirements. Please provide all while having the Call.

It is available from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM from Monday to Thursday and 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, Friday. The call center number is 600590000, which can be tried anytime.
