If the Husband is living in UAE and he is having a residence VISA in UAE, and the marriage is also or was also claimed/registered in UAE, then a case can be filed against the husband for child support and maintenance. This is supported by UAE Personal Status Law Article 5. It is not compulsory that Divorce must be filed, for asking for Child Support. It can also be filled out without filing a divorce.
