- If a person can prove in DUBAI COURTS during the civil cases that he can’t pay then normally person will avoid the arrest orders or warrant. In several cases now in UAE, the arrest Warrant issuance has been finished, except in special circumstances or special matters where judges are provided power to take special actions.
- Normally, and generally the arrest warrant has been removed. However, in Civil Court Cases, if the creditor can show to court that debtor has enough money, sufficient reserves to pay then arrest warrant can be issued.

Conditions Not Accepted
