Construction or related businesses always have separate safety departments with experienced staff. The Non-Construction sector where there is no need to hire specialized, quality insurance is provided. The construction sector is also bound to provide the quality insurance to all the employees without any discrimination. Each business will pay special attention on human lives safety and the breach can cause a life time ban, cancellation of trade license, imprisonment, fines etc. Businesses have to provide uniforms if needed or required to employees. Employees are not bound to buy the uniform. At workplace, employers have to provide all the life survival necessities. If transportation is not needed or needed then employers can take the decision with the consent employees. Distance worksites need compulsory transportation. However, as per the Law, transportation or annual tickets are not mandatory. When the work has to be done in distant areas then, employers have to provide the transportation and relevant facilities as well.
