Article 7, Federal Decree-Law NO.41 of 2022, Civil Personal Status Law for Non-Muslims, the spouse has the right to ask for a divorce in the Court if she wants a separation, or she wants to cancel the marriage contract or divorce. She will have no reason required for seeking a divorce. The new law allows Non-Muslim women to ask for a divorce/take a divorce without any reason.
