In Dubai, police reports and certificates are issued through a very structured process. Standard and well-planned procedures are applied, according to the nature and requirement of the incident. Federal Decree-Law No. 38 of 2022 Promulgating the Criminal Procedures Law provides the main procedural framework for criminal cases in the UAE. The process is officially begins when the complainant submit the official documents and other related evidences to file the report.
